Learn better business skills from fictional characters like Batman and Walter White

Everyone knows that the most complex characters are flawed ones, like Tony Stark or Don Draper, but can these characters also teach us valuable lessons that will improve our business acumen?

Consulting company Cornerstone on Demand seems to think so. Last week on its blog it shared "business lessons from the fictional elite," featuring wisdom from a parade of fandom favorites like Batman, Mad Men's Peggy Olson, and Breaking Bad's Walter White.

You probably knew that Game of Thrones' Khaleesi earned respect through adaptability, kindness, and inflexibility, but you might not have considered that Ugly Betty's strength as a business leader lies in her commitment to quirkiness. Did you know that Peggy's strength comes from being indispensable in any role she filled? Supernatural's Sam and Dean Winchester succeed by actively seeking out business opportunities. Bruce Wayne is, well, Bruce Wayne.
